Grass
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Grass Airdrop, participants must have operated a Grass node for a minimum of 72 consecutive hours during Epoch 1 or Epoch 2. Participants must also maintain a minimum points balance of 5,000 across any single qualifying epoch. Eligibility is determined by on-chain verification and cannot be disputed once finalized.
2. Airdrop Distribution
The total airdrop allocation is 100,000,000 $GRASS tokens, representing 15% of the total network supply. Distribution amounts are calculated based on node uptime, bandwidth contribution, referral activity, and epoch participation. Bonus multipliers of up to 1.5x are applied to Alpha phase early adopters based on historical uptime metrics.
3. Claiming Process
Eligible participants may claim their $GRASS tokens by connecting a compatible Solana wallet. Claims must be initiated within the designated claim window. Unclaimed tokens after the claim window closes will be returned to the Grass Foundation treasury. The Foundation reserves the right to extend or modify the claim window at its sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Activities
Participants are strictly prohibited from:
- Operating multiple nodes from a single IP address to artificially inflate rewards
- Using automated tools or bots to manipulate eligibility criteria
- Transferring or selling airdrop eligibility to third parties
- Engaging in any form of Sybil attack against the network
- Providing false or misleading information during verification
5. Token Lockup and Vesting
A portion of airdropped tokens may be subject to a vesting schedule. Details of any lockup period will be communicated prior to the claim window opening. Vested tokens remain in the participant's wallet but may not be transferred until the vesting period concludes.
6. Disclaimer
$GRASS tokens are distributed as a reward for network participation and do not constitute an investment, security, or financial instrument. The Grass Foundation makes no guarantees regarding the future value, utility, or liquidity of $GRASS tokens. Participants accept all risks associated with receiving and holding digital assets. Participation in the airdrop is entirely voluntary.
7. Modifications
The Grass Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the airdrop after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Participants are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
