We do not collect personal identifying information such as names, emails, or physical addresses unless voluntarily provided.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used to:
- Verify eligibility for the Grass Airdrop and calculate token allocations
- Monitor and maintain network health, security, and performance
- Improve the Grass platform, tools, and user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of the Terms of Participation
- Generate aggregated, anonymized statistics about network usage
3. On-Chain Data
Blockchain transactions are publicly visible by nature. Any on-chain activity related to the Grass Network, including token claims and transfers, is recorded on the Solana blockchain and is publicly accessible. The Grass Foundation has no ability to modify or delete on-chain records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We may share aggregated, non-identifiable data with partners for network analytics purposes. We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
